Ken - what's amazing about blogging is that we can direct our writing to a particular audience - one that will be a good match when you ultimately work together. It's not just about a client picking the "perfect Realtor", it's also about the Realtor making that "perfect match" where the working relationship is smooth and benefits both parties.

I do understand how not everyone will find the information helpful - then you just skip the content and probably never come back. But It's with people like you that we do want to make a connection because we will create relationships that are meaningful. It's not always about money.....but most people don't get that.

Dear "person on site" - we actually love when people tell us they don't like what they see because it gives us the opportunity to learn and evolve. Tell us what you don't like or what you would like to see to see if it's a direction we want to take.

Even if you don't like it, we appreciate your visit.
