The Real Estate Zebra has come up with a genius idea to present Real Estate Concepts to customers.

How to Sell Your Home in Black and White is the first of many videos (I hope) and it’s not intended to oversimplify the process or offend anyone. It is, as the title suggests “a black and white concept”.

I will share these videos with you, since they do apply to the Miami Beach Real Estate Market. Any feedback would be appreciated or tell us if you want Daniel to explain a particular subject within the Real Estate Industry (I know he likes a good challenge).
