Keith, did not read that particular article but I live and breathe that market and love analyzing the data - truth is that good inventory is limited, even in the Luxury Market.

Could I have my fries order supersized?

On another not unrelated topic, didn't you or did I read in the paper that actually the super luxury level of the MIA Beach market has held up these past few years. (Possibly because there is much smaller inventory of the top, top, top units with the best addresses AND views. Meaning the huge units purchased by athletes and entertainers.

Ines, it happens all the time with either downtown Charleston or at the beach and I usually suggest adding a zero to the end of the price range but I think I'll use your french fries approach next time.
