Beautiful home – the waterfront in Miami looks very tempting for a vacation right now. Our waterfront homes in Seattle are starting to pick up in sales, but the winter will probably keep them down a bit.
I love the architecture of this beautiful home. How is the luxury market doing in Miami Beach? Sales of $1M+ homes in Palm Springs are starting to pick up. I am hoping this is a good sign for the real estate market in 2010.

The weather in Miami is glorious! 🙂 of course it’s tempting! There really is not down time for real estate in Miami…..I just go brrrr when I think of Seattle.
Harold – so do I, the details of this home are impeccable. The luxury market is not doing bad and when it comes to homes it’s moving under the $2.5 million range – the higher end homes like this one are not seeing much movement…I expect that market to decrease a bit in the coming months.
