Thanks for the comment Elle but you have to agree that the sterile minimalist feel of this house is highly coveted in Miami Beach – nothing a bit of textures can’t solve with furnishings and window treatment

Wow, this piece of waterfront property is certainly beautiful to look at, but is it liveable? I mean, really? Thank goodness for the fact that it does sit on water to give this place some color and texture…………..It’s definitely eyecandy, but is it existence happy?
