Miamism Fridays

The Miami River has gone through such an unbelievable transformation in a short time frame that we wanted to share with you what it feels like to visit from a boat´s perspective.

From the Miami River high-rise developments to the small businesses and restaurants.  You do get a Miami-Vice vibe (the music also contributes), don´t you think?

…another MIAMISM!!

Rick gets the credit for this video¦it was all him.

**Please keep sending in pictures of Miamisms - we will feature them on Fridays**

Laurie - it was Rick’s doing….to my surprise (not bad, huh?)

Nice video! I didn’t think looking at high rises could be relaxing, but I guess the music and the water helped. :)

Holly - You got me there - Miami Highrises I guess can be relaxing! LOL!

Carole - I did do a night-time video, but it does not do justice to the experience. Maybe I will put it together.

Cool tour along the river - nicely done, Rick!

Ines - that night-time one would be fun to see.

Where are the gators and snakes that I KNOW are there…???

Ann - no gators nor snakes in the river (as far as I know) - you have to go to the Everglades or to lakes around Miami. You will see iguanas in the canals though.

Laurie - LOL!!
