Miamism Fridays

Lobster!! ….now THAT’s what I’m talking about!   Mini-lobster Season was Wednesday and Thursday and my mouth begins to water every year just a couple of days before.  For you northeners, Spiny Lobster do not have claws…but the tails are just as delicious.  (they are better known as “bugs” to the locals).  The regular lobster season begins August 6th.
