Miamism

I don't know why this happens, but I love to hear when a celebrity moves in or moves out of Miami.  Although this doesn't mean he is leaving us, LUXIST has revealed that

"Ricky Martin has listed his Miami mansion, shown above, for $16.9 million".

These are the pictures that appear on the Multiple Listing Service (courtesy of the MLS).

The house is located in Miami Beach on North Bay Road, has 7 bedrooms, 8 bathroom and 2 half baths.  Has 9,491 square feet of living space, sits on a 19,320 square foot lot and has 105 feet of direct bay, water frontage.

Mariana - there are no interior shots of the property - but you can tell it has to be fabulous. We actually water ski by this area all the time (Ricky is probably cursing me out now for the waves).

Wow, what a beautiful home ! Ricky Martin is a lucky boy!! Would love to get a celebrity listing here in Port Orange/Daytona Beach FL. John Travolta lived here for a short while in a fly in community but moved a few years back to the Ocala area! His neighbors were disturbed with the noise when he flew in with his jet. Would be great if you had the buyer on this one!!!

Janis - those homes on North Bay Road (owned by celebrities or not) are all fabulous! Your site is so much fun by the way, the Orange Juice take is very creative!
