Kellen, I don't know how many units have delinquent maintenance fees, but remember that the developer still has control of the condo and has not been turned to a board yet. It's always a good question to ask when buying anything in Miami - the law is specific about condo docs including financials and that's the perfect time to scrutinize those #'s.

The units are all designer finished and most buyers will redo baths and kitchens anyway - it's a shame that they used gold...as if they forgot to consult their interior designer

how many of the units have delinquent condo association fees? Over 15% and no one's gonna be able to buy anything....

and, yes, god those bathrooms are awful. concessions in sales price to pay for the renovation to that god-awful finishing?

Gen, here's a link to the Flickr set with all the photos (you can see them bigger there if you want)

This building doesn't have bad traffic (like 900 Biscayne, Ten Museum or Marina Blue) - that's what makes the location so desirable....the others are more in the middle of the action and you can feel the energy at certain times of the day.

The pictures look amazing. Any way to make them bigger? Only thing that bothers me about that building as well as its neighboring buildings is the insane traffic during events and mornings/afternoons.
