I don’t write about politics or religion here in Miamism.  We are open to different opinions an d never pass judgment because of someone’s beliefs.  But we cannot deny that The Miami Beach Real Estate Market and the Miami real estate market, together with the rest of the nation, have been affected by the uncertainty of what’s to come.

I’ve heard people say that they would not buy a home until the elections were over.  Others said that everything would be different after the elections.  Whether it is hope or just fear of transition.  (I have a lot of that)…..we’re almost there.

A side of me is reading for the waiting game to be over and ready for life to go back to normal….no matter who wins.  We ALL win
