Once in a while I take a photograph of a building that I really like. The Tides Hotel on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach is one of them.
The classical Art Deco Facade makes a statement and its density and proportions compared to the buildings around it is also impressive.
This building takes a stance, which could be good or bad depending on your point of view.
Some people may argue that it is out of context others agree that its scale is what makes the building special. It’s an excellent example of Miami Beach Real Estate.
