I’ve always had an affection for these old homes and the history they have been a part of. Interest in this home has spured me to research Mediterranean Revival and have had a difficult time finding info online, especialy about there construction. I’m very glad you have given your time to explain these works of art, your articles are superb.

I am looking to buy an old 1925 spanish home. It’s a common type home to see around miami with the parapet flat roof, raised off the ground, stucco walls. Are these common homes still considered Mediterranean Revival?
