Her immediate follow-up helped us set a price for our house to set on the market. She gave freely of her highly valuable and extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in S. Florida, and especially in Miami Shores, but left the final decision to us and supported us fully. From what we have heard from others, some Agents do not get active until the “For Sale” sign in the lot. Through her huge contact lists, she had the first people lined up even before the sign was prepared! Her marketing mix of Newsletter, print brochure, and even word of mouth was over the top and HIGHLY effective. After frustratingly plodding through at least 15 listings searching for a decent rental, I was directed to go through a broker by a co-worker. Being a transplanted New Yorker, I had never worked with a broker so I asked around as to what to expect. I never imagined I would find someone who could deliver on my very meticulous demands, then I came across the two rental listings posted by your company. Even prior to meeting with Rick, I was impressed with the presentation of the ads (you wouldn’t believe how many ads with typos and wrong information are out there). Even thought I thought “these listings are too good to be true, there has to be a catch” I called. It turned out to be the best decision I could have possibly made. From our initial meeting to the present; Rick has gone above and beyond professional courtesy to ensure my experience was a positive one. The two listings were superlative; well priced, in a decent neighborhood and with amenities some would consider a luxury. He tirelessly worked to ensure all my paperwork was correct and submitted on time, and even came over to check up on me after I had moved in. I couldn’t be happier with my new residence; it has met and risen above my expectations. We liked that our listing got exposure on many portals through your syndication efforts. We loved the professional photographs you had done and how you took the extra effort to move our furniture around and our baby crib out of the way since we were out of town. The postcards you made were beautiful and so were the email campaigns. We still keep the postcard as a souvenir. We can never thank you enough for going to our apartment in the middle of the night when we had a leak with our water tank while we were away, which we later replaced before the sale to have good karma. We felt bad calling you but you made us feel like it wasn’t a bother and you had the situation under control. But what impressed us the most was your ability to act and respond quickly and efficiently on any issue and every question. You were great on the phone- always getting back to us. You worked fast with texting and of course you always kept us to date via email on every single showing and the story behind each potential buyer.
