They standout from your typical real estate agent(s). Rick is a mortgage broker and accountant so he understood and explained the financial aspect of our deal. Ines is the best! I learned about her a few years ago though her helpful and informative blog (Miamism.com), when I was researching about the architecture of my 1938-era Miami Shores home. With her architecture background and local-area knowledge, I felt Ines might have some good insight into my home. So, when I was first considering whether to sell, I took Ines up on the offer for a no-pressure assessment of value based on the current market. Ines gave me valuable information about pricing, timing of sales, and staging and presenting the house to show off its best features. This was the first house I ever sold, so I needed some extra hand-holding, and I got that from Ines. During the process, we had a huge issue crop up with our first buyers, through NO fault of Ines, and she made magic happen and found another buyer so that I could meet my goal of timely closing on the house. I don’t think many other realtors could have made that happen as seamlessly as she did. We loved the professional photographs you had done and how you took the extra effort to move our furniture around and our baby crib out of the way since we were out of town. The postcards you made were beautiful and so were the email campaigns. We still keep the postcard as a souvenir. We can never thank you enough for going to our apartment in the middle of the night when we had a leak with our water tank while we were away, which we later replaced before the sale to have good karma. We felt bad calling you but you made us feel like it wasn’t a bother and you had the situation under control. But what impressed us the most was your ability to act and respond quickly and efficiently on any issue and every question. You were great on the phone- always getting back to us. You worked fast with texting and of course you always kept us to date via email on every single showing and the story behind each potential buyer.
