Basketball Star Chris Bosh is selling his Miami Beach Home

UPDATE:  Bosh has lowered the price of his home to $15,950,000!! That's a reduction of over $2 Million!!  Based on his purchase price of $12.3 - he's still ahead of the game.  The ultra-luxury market has slowed down quite a bit in Miami with an over supply.  My guess is that there's still room to negotiate. Stay tuned ...

Back in 2010, we told you that Chris Bosh had bought a hot Miami Beach home for $12.3 Million - guess what? He is now selling it for $18 Million!!

That's a whooping 46% appreciation in 7 years if it sells for $18M - It would be the best slam dunk in Bosh's career if it sells for that much! We are rooting for you Chris!!

Take a look at some photos provided by Curbed and The Wall Street Journal.

The marketing description reads:

This luxurious resort-style home is situated on the most prestigious waterfront area of North Bay Road. It was custom built in 2009 with a gourmet kitchen, ultra high ceilings, impact windows and doors, courtyard garden, heated pool, covered summer kitchen, an elevator and a guest house. The home boasts 11,709 sqft of living area on a half acre lot. The spacious airy rooms are perfect for entertaining and the wide open bay views let you enjoy the city skyline as well as the spectacular sunsets.

As always, if you want more information on this or any other Miami property, please contact us.  We will be happy to schedule a showing appointment after going through the required pre-approval process.
