According to the Sun Sentinel, and verified in our Multiple Listing Service,

7,622-square-foot Mediterranean/Moroccan-style mansion in Miami Beach formerly owned by Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias was recently listed by its current owner at $18.5 million.

The home is located at 1771 N View Drive in the SW corner of Sunset Island I. The bay front estate has 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 7,622 SF and sits on a 22,093 SF lot with 150' of open bay views.  The Sun Sentinel reports that the home is currently owned by Marc Puleo, an anesthesiologist, who purchased it from Iglesias in April 2004 for $7.85 million. Puleo founded PetMed Express in 1996.

The property is also listed as land for the same price and MLS description reads as follows:

Villa Jasmine! Set on the SW tip of Sunset Island I, this exotic estate offers 150 FT of prime WF & unobstructed Miami skyline views! Majestic royal palms greet you as you enter the gate while taking a glimpse of the Mediterranean/Moroccan masterpiece. Once owned by Enrique Iglesias, this home features an interior courtyard w/ Moroccan fountain, arched windows, & keystone & Saturnia floors. Downstairs, living room w/ fireplace, gourmet kitchen, formal dining, & entertainment room w/ wet bar! Upstairs, master w/private terrace, walk-in closet, & bath w/spa. Separate guesthouse w/ observation tower, spa, & cinema. Enjoy exploding sunsets by the backyard w/ gazebo, summer kitchen, & salt-water pool. 22,093 SF lot, dock, 22,000-lb boatlift, 3-car garage. Adjusted SF as per appraiser.

The home was previously listed for $24.95 Million in 2015, reduced to $21.5 Million in 2016 and now listed at the $18.5 M price tag.

As for the "pole room", I wonder if it was installed by Enrique or the current owner?
