Miami Shores Homes – Real Estate Market Report

There are currently 47 Miami Shores homes for sale: (4 more than last month)

  • Highest priced listing is $3,395,000
  • Lowest priced listing is $229,900 (Foreclosure at 124 NE 110 St)
  • Pending Sales (Properties under contract): 41 (3 less than last month)
  • Closed sales in June:  9 (compared to 30 last month)

The 9 Miami Shores homes sold in June were the following:

  • 1451 NE 102 St - listed at $1.1 Million and selling at $982,000
  • 301 NE 96 St - listed at $859,000 and selling at $820,000
  • 155 NW 91 St - Listed at $455,000 and selling at $450,000
  • 1566 NE 104 St - listed at $419,500 and selling at $385,000
  • 33 NW 93 St - listed at $389,000 and selling at $390,000
  • 32 NW 93 St - listed at $389,000 and selling at $375,000
  • 230 NE 101 St - foreclosure listed at $324,900 and selling at $324,000
  • 114 NE 107 St - short sale listed at $305,000 and selling at $298,500
  • 878 NE 91 Te - listed at $295,000 and selling at $280,000
