Projects We Love - Echo Aventura

Ines Hegedus-Garcia

Here we have a low-density project located in 5 acres of Aventura prime waterfront with 190 residential units and 18 penthouse units with private rooftop terraces and plunge pools.  I call low density, anything that is not a high-rise, but it's a big, gorgeous project on the bay.  Please note that the project is already finished and what makes it special is the size of the residences compared to other Aventura projects.

Echo Aventura was designed by Carlos Ott as well with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.  Residences are delivered fully finished and furniture ready with flooring selections recommended by Yabu Pushelberg, smart iHome systems, advanced lighting, Italian cabinetry, SubZero/Wolf appliances, direct elevator access, private cooled storage space for all Tower East Residents, 2 porte-cochere entrances, and bayfront terraces with summer kitchen.

Echo Aventura Building amenities include 24-hr concierge, 24-hr valet and covered self parking, pet walking services, personal poolside service, 4,000 SF fitness center, resort-style poolside service/breakfast and lunch clubroom and atrium event room.

Price ranges for remaining inventory range between $2.5 Million for a 3 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom + service suite residence, to $3.35 Million for a 3 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom + den + service suite residence.
