Here we have a low-density project located in 5 acres of Aventura prime waterfront with 190 residential units and 18 penthouse units with private rooftop terraces and plunge pools.  I call low density, anything that is not a high-rise, but it's a big, gorgeous project on the bay.  Please note that the project is already finished and what makes it special is the size of the residences compared to other Aventura projects.

Price ranges for remaining inventory range between $2.5 Million for a 3 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom + service suite residence, to $3.35 Million for a 3 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom + den + service suite residence.
