First, let's start with location - Echo Brickell is located on the south side of Brickell, next to The Four Seasons, at the beginning of the residential area - this means a quieter area but close enough to the action.

Echo Brickell is a boutique, residential high-rise that defines the standard of excellence for South Florida high-rise living.  It is designed by Carlos Ott together with interiors by yoo Studio with only 180 limited edition residences and comes fully finished with summer kitchens and top of the line appliances, expansive terraces.

Each residence has flooring selections recommended by Carlos Ott, smart iHome systems, advanced lighting, built-out master closets, Italian glass cabinetry, marble counters and SubZeo and Wolf appliances. Each will have 10'-14' ceiling heights with floor to ceiling windows, 6'-8' deep terraces, 8' tall Italian entry doors, semi-private elevators with biometrics technology.

What makes this project so exclusive is not just the architecture and design, but the amazing amenities.  In addition to the expected, vanishing-edge pool, hot tubs, fitness center/ spa, and resort-style poolside food and beverage services, Echo Brickell will also offer the following:  concierge services, valet parking with no-tip policy, sophisticated surveillance system and staffing, in-home food and beverage services exclusive to residents, dry cleaning services, complimentary pet walking services, full-time maintenance crew on-site, and in-house housekeeping services.  We are talking luxury lifestyle from Miami's urban core.

Price ranges of remaining inventory range between $1.93 Million for a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom residence, to $6.5 Million for a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom + Den lower penthouse.  There's also a $42 Million "Carlos Ott" PH for sale.
